Choosing to live a vegan lifestyle has been one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made, and I’ve been a proud vegan since June 2019. Living kindly is an important personal value. To me, it means not eating, wearing, or using animal products. It also means not participating in activities that result in the exploitation of or harm to animals or the environment.

Transitioning to and living a vegan lifestyle can be emotionally challenging. As a therapist who personally embraces a vegan lifestyle, I understand the challenges and rewards of making this choice. I am here to offer non-judgmental support as you embark on this transformative journey.
